Coeur de Lion Limited is an independent advisory practice, registered in England and Wales under company number 16791003. This page explains what personal information the firm holds about visitors and correspondents, why it holds it, and what you may ask of us.
What we hold, and why
Visits to this website. We count visits and clicks with an analytics tool that we run ourselves. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and discards your IP address once it has been scrambled, so it tells us how the site is used without identifying you.
You can turn the analytics off for this browser at any time. Turning them off saves a small note in this browser so that your choice is remembered. The tool also respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.
Messages you send us. When you email us, we keep your message and your address so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Calls you book. The booking page asks for your name, your email address and the time you choose, so that we can confirm the call and hold it.
We use this information only for these purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
Our lawful basis for each of these is legitimate interests: understanding how the website is used, replying to you, and arranging the call you asked for.
Where it is kept
Your information is held on servers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, run by Coeur de Lion or by the hosting provider that supplies them under contract.
How long we keep it
Website visit data is kept for 25 months and then deleted. Booking details are deleted 90 days after the call, unless you go on to work with us. Email correspondence is kept as part of the firm's business records.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You may also object to our use of it at any time.

Write to contact@coeurdelion.me with any question or complaint about your information, and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
